scientific curiosity

Something in science that peaks my interest would be the coming of mankind, I am aware that there are debates about religion and how God created Adam and Eve and they were out on Earth to reproduce the human population, If God is the reason for mankind then my question is how was God created and who wrote the book of his ways? If Evolution is the reason for mankind my question would fall along the lines of where did they go to find the bones or other historic evidence and how is it proven that the animal/creature has evolved? another question I have for Evolution is how does a living organism know when and how to evolve?

  1. This is Kurt,
I think that creatures evolve based on their needs to survive, so for example the porcupine prbably didn't have that coar of spikes to proctect itself from predators to start with. When they started to become more endangered, from hunting, they needed some means of defense, so their fur/spines, or whatever but they needed some means of defense so they evolved based on their needs of survival
